SWAPMEAT throws you into a wild, co-op roguelite shooter where you play as Squishy, a shape-shifting agent for Rangus Corp. Unlike most action games, you don’t just pick up weapons or power-ups—you rip body parts from downed enemies and attach them to yourself.

Swap out heads, torsos, and legs freely, mixing and matching their powers to create thousands of weird and powerful combinations. Every fight turns into a chance to rebuild yourself and come out stronger, so you’re always finding new ways to fight and survive.

You can go it solo or team up with up to three friends. The game scales the action to fit your group—bring more friends and you’ll see tougher enemies and harder fights, but the chaos gets even more fun.
