GAME OVERVIEW
Stellaris: Nomads flips the usual space strategy on its head. You don’t build up planets or draw borders. This time, you’re in charge of a civilization that never settles down—you’re always on the move, traveling through the galaxy. Here, the galaxy isn’t a prize you grab. It’s a road, and you’re just passing through.
Everything centers on your Arkships—massive, self-sustaining ships that act as cities, fortresses, and homes packed into one. Forget settling planets. Your people live, work, and grow inside these colossal vessels as they drift from star to star. You gain influence not by planting flags, but by moving, trading, and making friends—or enemies—with other empires as you go. Genkai: Primal Awakening

One of the coolest features is the Wayline Network. By building Waystations, you create trade routes known as Waylines. These aren’t just lines on a map; they’re living connections that pull in resources and tie you to the rest of the galaxy. Instead of fighting over land, you build prosperity by staying present and staying mobile.
Diplomacy gets a big upgrade, too. The new Contract System means you can take jobs from other empires, trading favors for resources, influence, and alliances. Success here isn’t just about who has the biggest guns—it’s about making deals, earning trust, and staying flexible on the run.
But if unleashing destruction is more your style, you get the Stellar Cannon—a brutal megastructure that lets you rain fire on your enemies from clear across the galaxy.
There’s also Champion’s Forge Live!, where your fleets can duke it out in gladiator-style tournaments for glory and rewards. Plus, the expansion throws in new Nomadic Paragons, civics, traditions, and a bunch of fresh gameplay paths for players who love to roleplay or tweak their strategies.
Bottom line: Stellaris: Nomads isn’t about ruling. It’s about journeying—adapting, surviving, making allies, and living among the stars. Your story isn’t told in borders or territory. It’s written in the journey itself.
