You need to build your deck carefully, train your squad, and keep your strategy flexible. Danger is always around the corner, especially with the unpredictable Primal Genkai looming on the horizon.

Combat is all about tactical choices. Each battle is turn-based, so where you stand and how you spend your Action Points matter a lot. Each round, you only get a handful of Action Points to move, attack, or pull off special abilities. Positioning isn’t just a nice-to-have—it’s key. Flanking enemies, dodging dangerous crossfire, and watching out for environmental traps can keep your Genkai alive. You’ll need to keep moving and think ahead. The battlefield isn’t static, and making the most of each spot you take can turn the tide in your favor.

Enemies get stronger and trickier as the fight drags on, especially the bosses. They switch up their tactics when they’re low on health, forcing you to adapt fast and rethink your strategy in the middle of the action.

Once The Genkai: Primal Awakening is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Genkai: Primal Awakening ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the Genkai: Primal Awakening folder and run the exe application.
