GAME OVERVIEW

The proud dwarf civilization is gone now—just ruins, a few survivors scattered here and there, and dangerous creatures roaming the lands they once called home.

You play as a lone dwarf in this action-heavy RPG, hacking and slashing your way to build a new refuge for your people. At the same time, you dig into the lost history of your ancestors.

The world feels huge and beautifully varied. You’ll wander through lush forests, struggle through blizzards and storms, and squeeze into neon-lit caverns packed with crystals and precious resources. Before Fate

Every time you head out, there’s something to chase—a secret to unearth, materials to scavenge, and a mess of monsters itching to finish off the last of the dwarves.

Sometimes you’ll stumble across other dwarves who need a hand. Help them out, and you’ll gain new allies—your little outpost will start to look like a real home again.

As your settlement grows, you get access to better facilities, new technologies, and upgrades that boost your chances against the odds.

Your hero is yours to shape any way you like. Change up your dwarf’s appearance, pick your fighting style, and try out all sorts of weapons, gear, and skill trees.

Maybe you charge straight into every fight, or maybe you lurk in the shadows—whatever your approach, you need to stay sharp. The enemies aren’t dumb—they learn and push back, so every battle feels different and keeps you on your toes.

Once The Regions of Ruin: Runegate is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Regions of Ruin: Runegate ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the Regions of Ruin: Runegate folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
