You command a growing army of skeletons, shaping them into an unstoppable force and steering them through wave after wave of enemies.

Every time you dive into a dungeon, the layout changes. No two runs are the same. One moment you’re dealing with tricky traps and quick-footed goblins—next, it’s massive brutes that hit like trucks. You never get too comfortable, and you can’t hang around for long, either. Spark in the Dark

Linger in one place, and you’ll find yourself swarmed. So you keep moving, hunting down loot, cracking open chests, and stopping by shrines for those game-changing upgrades.

Building your skeleton crew is where the real fun starts. There’s a bunch of unit types, and each brings something different to the fight. Collect multiples, and they fuse into upgraded versions with new abilities.

Once The Skull Horde is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Skull Horde ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the Skull Horde folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
