Westwood Shadows: Prologue throws you into a psychological horror adventure where keeping quiet comes with a price. The story follows Peter Bennet, a detective whose peaceful hilltop village turned into a cold, factory-choked town back in the ‘90s.

Alegra Pharmaceuticals moved in, took over everything, and Peter couldn’t let it go. He started digging into the company’s secrets, determined to figure out what was really happening behind their so-called medical progress.

Years later, Peter gets a strange call that drags him back to Westwood. The place is empty now, just haunted by fear and these literal shadows that mess with his mind. Total War: PHARAOH DYNASTIES

He paid for it—badly. His family’s gone, and Peter can’t shake the feeling that his obsession was what doomed them.

As you guide Peter through 17 different maps, you’re always counting bullets, scavenging for supplies, and piecing together clues.

Every step brings you closer to the truth about Alegra and what really happened to Peter’s family. The monsters you fight aren’t just lurking in the dark—they’re tangled up in Peter’s own memories, too.

Gameplay hits you with a mix of first-person action, limited resources, and tricky environmental puzzles. You get a handgun, a shotgun, and not much else. Survive four brutal boss fights, adapt to new mechanics, and try to keep the darkness from swallowing you whole.

This prologue doesn’t just set up the story—it pulls you into a surreal, heavy atmosphere where detective work and madness start to look a lot alike. In the end, Peter has to choose how much of himself he’s willing to lose just to get to the truth.
