GAME OVERVIEW
Ito never really wanted to go back home, but after his parents send him a letter, he doesn’t have much choice. He ends up right where he started, pitching in at the family farm and running the restaurant. At first, everything in the village of Zoz feels quiet—almost too quiet.
It doesn’t take long before Ito picks up on an unsettling vibe. Something’s off. Beneath Zoz’s peaceful front, there’s a secret buried deep, and Ito can’t shake the feeling that it’s his job to bring the truth to light as shadows creep across the town.
Friends join in, each one backing him up with their own special skills. With every new companion, the action changes and the fights become more interesting. Idols of Ash
He spends his days wandering the area, lending a hand to the townsfolk. Every errand or adventure gives him a chance to use his soul-powered machete, darting around enemies, slashing and dodging in quick, intense bursts of combat. He’s not alone, either.
There’s something special about food in Zoz. Cooking and serving meals isn’t just a job—it’s a way to get to know people.
When Ito whips up someone’s favorite dish, it isn’t just about filling a stomach; it opens doors, sparks conversations, and reveals what really matters to his neighbors. Sometimes, cooking for himself gives him the edge he needs for tricky battles. Food means more here—it ties everyone together.
People in this town are carrying their own struggles. As Ito grows stronger with both his blade and his magical recipes, he starts helping them face their fears.
Local legends, flashy shop owners, athletes trying to prove themselves, mysterious leaders, and even a Soulsmith who can enchant weapons—Zoz is packed with memorable characters. Each one has a story worth hearing, and Ito’s journey is all about digging in and discovering what makes them tick.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD

- Once The Town of Zoz is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Town of Zoz ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
- Open the Town of Zoz folder and run the exe application.
- Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
