GAME OVERVIEW

Alright, picture this: You’re Takeshi, a young samurai defending your village from an Oni who’s trying to take over with his creepy undead army. You’ve got to fight through an army of tengu, undead monsters, and even the terrifying Jorogumo, all straight out of Japanese myths. It’s a brutal stop-motion cinematic adventure.

Explore a world full of Japanese legends. Roam through abandoned villages, dark caves, graveyards, and more. Battle all kinds of yokai, demons, and undead creatures in an insane stop-motion style that’s straight up inspired by the legendary Ray Harryhausen. Kraken City

You’ll fight as three different characters: Takeshi, the skilled samurai; Kodama, a tiny but tough spirit; and Chisai, a badass warrior cat. Each one plays differently, so whether you’re slicing through enemies, jumping across platforms, or exploring, you’ve got unique moves for every situation.

You’ve got some serious weapons from ancient Japan—katana, yari spear, and a bow—and you’ll need them to take on the demon legions. Each character has special power moves and combos to unleash as you make your way to the Oni’s castle.

Every time you take down a foe, you’ll level up, gaining experience to unlock new abilities, stats, and epic moves that you can string together into custom combos. It’s all about getting stronger and mastering the art of the fight!

Once The The Spirit of the Samurai is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to The Spirit of the Samurai ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the The Spirit of the Samurai folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
