You’ll travel through vibrant corners of the Calvard Republic, get closer to your allies, and piece together the truth through three interwoven storylines. Trails beyond the Horizon builds on the combat from Trails through Daybreak, opening up more ways to fight and strategize than ever before.

Battles flow between real-time action and turn-based planning. You can take on enemies head-to-head in Field Battles, then switch over to Command Battles when you want to slow things down and think through your next move. This dual setup puts you in the driver’s seat for every fight.

There’s more: with Z.O.C., you can mess with time itself. Slow down your enemies, pump up your attack power, and stack on the stun damage. Suddenly, even the toughest foes can’t keep up with your barrage of hits.

And if you’re up for more than just the main story, you can team up with allies from all over Calvard and beyond to take on Ouroboros in the Grim Garten. This dungeon is yours to customize—build your own team and finally put a stop to the organization’s secret plans.
