S.E.M.I. throws you and up to three friends into a wild, unpredictable clinic where chaos rules and escape is the only goal. You’re all patients—none too bright—brawling with staff, other inmates, and sometimes each other, while the game keeps tossing you into one ridiculous mess after another.

Teamwork matters, but let’s be real: things get messy fast. You’ll dodge deadly traps, mess up platforming sections, solve weird puzzles, and try not to wipe out your whole squad with a single mistake. It’s a real test of coordination—plus your patience.

Voice chat isn’t just helpful, it’s essential. You’ll need to shout warnings, plot escapes, or just mess with your friends by sabotaging their plans. Wicked Seed

Everything’s fair game: close-quarters brawls, physics gone haywire, bizarre powers, and whatever wild idea pops into your head.

And then there are the pills. Swallow one and suddenly you’re unstoppable. Or maybe you’re a floppy ragdoll. Lasers start firing, emotions go off the rails, your size changes without warning—you get the idea. Adapt fast or get left behind.

The longer you play, the crazier things get. Lose control, and your character starts running, jumping, and fighting on their own while your abilities spiral out of control. Think you can wrestle back control? Pop another pill—if you’re feeling brave.

Every run drops you into a new, randomly generated nightmare: gravity flips, walls move, traps spring out of nowhere. No two escapes ever feel the same. Survive and make it out, and you’ll score a ridiculous medical report that roasts your “condition” and every questionable thing you did along the way. The better—or worse—you play, the more unhinged your diagnosis gets.

Unlock costumes and room decorations to make each escape a little more stylish. Whether you bust out or lose your mind completely, S.E.M.I. promises total chaos, plenty of laughs, and pure, unpredictable madness with friends.
