In Post Trauma, you play as Roman (Togo Igawa), a troubled train conductor who wakes up in a bizarre dimension after a massive panic attack. Horizon Zero Dawn™ Remastered
Surrounded by nightmarish landscapes and terrifying creatures, Roman can either fight back with different weapons or sneak through to survive.
Drawing inspiration from survival horror classics, **Post Trauma** uses fixed camera angles and stunning visuals from Unreal Engine 5 to create a genuinely unsettling atmosphere just when you think you’ve got it all figured out, this hellish world flips the script, forcing you to confront your deepest fears.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD

- Once The Post Trauma is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to The Post Trauma ” (You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
- Open the The Post Trauma folder and run the exe application.
- Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
