Possessor(s) throws you straight into a breakneck, side-scrolling action world where every fight feels sharp and every jump matters.

The city itself feels alive, if a little haunted. You’ll pick your way through the wreckage of skyscrapers, wander the glass tunnels of abandoned aquariums, and poke around corners where few dare to look.

The hand-drawn characters pop against these moody 3D backgrounds, and the whole thing drips with a blend of sci-fi horror and style that’s hard to shake. It Takes a War

At its heart, it’s a platform fighter, but with a story that digs deep—dark, emotional, and all tangled up in a city that’s been swallowed by an interdimensional disaster. You step into the shoes of Luca and Rhem, two minds stuck in one body, forced to work together just to survive the chaos around them.

As you dig deeper, the story pulls you in. Every part of the city hides secrets, and the people you meet are all carrying scars—some are angry, some just broken, but they all have stories worth hearing. The further you go, the more the city’s strange, twisted reality starts to make sense, and you can’t help but get drawn in.

The action never lets up. You’ll dart and dash through tough platforming sections, pulling off combos and juggling enemies in midair. The combat’s all about speed and precision, so you’ll need to get a feel for both ground and aerial attacks.

The city’s packed with all kinds of threats, from ruthless mobs to bosses that’ll really test your skills. Find new weapons, grab upgrades, and crack open fresh paths through the ruins—there’s always something new to master, and always another secret just out of reach.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

3. Once The Possessor is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Possessor ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
4. Open the Possessor folder and run the exe application.
5. Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
