GAME OVERVIEW

Kent wakes up after what feels like the world’s longest nap—try several thousand years—and finds himself smack in the middle of the year 10,000. He’s got nothing but a stick, a bone-dry sense of humor, and a to-do list that’s way too long for someone who just woke up.

He’s tired, starving, and somehow still on the clock. Now he has to explore this weird new Earth, figure out how to cobble together the right machines, and turn his wrecked space pod into a base that can actually keep him alive. If he wants to survive, he needs to build. If he wants to do more than that, it’s time to automate.

The world around him is huge and keeps changing—full of strange plants, oddball animals, and weather that can turn on a dime. Every time he stumbles onto something new, it’s a mix of “wow” and “uh-oh.” He keeps a record of everything: animals, plants, minerals—whatever he finds, he writes it down. My Little Puppy

That’s how he learns to handle the wild seasons here. Honestly, knowing stuff is Kent’s best shot at making it. Just, you know, watch out for anything with teeth. Some of the locals aren’t exactly thrilled about being poked and prodded.

Kent’s got to get creative to survive. He scrounges up whatever he can—turns bones and sticks into coal, old machine scraps into sheets of metal, and little by little, his sad little shelter starts to look like a mini-factory. Keep at it and he’ll have a base that runs circles around anything back home.

Sure, being immortal sounds nice, but dying still sucks. To stay alive, Kent hunts and forages, tries out new recipes, and gets better at cooking so he doesn’t have to start from scratch every time. If he sets up farms and keeps some animals around, he won’t have to respawn again just because he skipped breakfast.

As he builds up his base, Kent can start letting the machines handle the grunt work. He rigs up systems to keep things running smoothly, which means he can finally go exploring without worrying his whole setup will fall apart.

Once The Kentum is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Kentum ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the Kentum folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
