In the year of 2024 Dustborn is a single-player action-adventure game where the story is all about hope, love, friendships, robots, and, believe it or not, the power of words. SurrounDead

You play as Pax, an exile and con-artist who can literally use language as a weapon. Pax is on a mission to deliver a super-important package from Pacifica to Nova Scotia, across a world ruled by the authoritarian Justice. Sounds like the ultimate road trip, right?

So, grab your stuff, get your crew together (they all have their own crazy powers), and hit the road!

You’ll explore a jaw-dropping Neo-Western version of America on a robot-driven tour bus, hitting up various spots along the way. Build your crew, manage relationships, tackle missions, and deal with tougher challenges as you go. Just remember, the people you stole from want their package back, and Justice is on your tail, so don’t forget your baseball bat!

Oh, and you’re going undercover as a punk-rock band, so you might want to brush up on your musical skills before your next gig.

At the end of your journey lies salvation, but you’ve got to cross the whole continent to get there. Words aren’t just for talking; they’re weapons. Use Shouts and Vox to manipulate and talk your way out of tough situations.

As you travel through this alternate-history America, you’ll visit iconic spots, take on wild missions, meet a diverse bunch of characters, recruit new crew members, and dodge or battle pursuers.

In each new location, you’ll explore, chat with people, overcome challenges with your crew, craft new Shouts and Vox, and even practice with your band. Expect to throw Molotov cocktails from a motorbike, swing a baseball bat at helicopters, and other epic stuff. Just your average day in Dustborn.
