GAME OVERVIEW

CAPTURED is an analog horror game where you’re stuck in what feels like an endless hallway in your own home, and your only way out is to capture weird anomalies on camera. You’ll investigate strange happenings, survive terrifying entities, and try to make it to the end!

You’ll explore a procedurally generated hallway that’s packed with bizarre phenomena and constantly changing rooms. Once you leave your house, you just loop back into the same creepy hallway. As you move through dark rooms, your familiar home turns into something super unsettling. Passageway of the Ancients

To break the loop, you’ll need to flex those memory skills. Use your camera to zoom in on anything that looks off and identify what type of anomaly it is. If you miss something or misidentify it, your camera’s memory gets wiped! You need to capture 13 anomalies to escape.

But be careful unwanted guests are lurking. While being quiet can help, staying too long in one spot might give away your position. Use your flashlight, camera, and doors wisely to survive against each entity’s unique tricks.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

Once The CAPTURED is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to The CAPTURED ” (You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the The CAPTURED folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
