At eight, he was already an old dog, dealing with more than his share of health problems. Not exactly first pick for a new family. So there he was, stuck in a shelter, spending his days in quiet sadness, just watching the world drift by outside his cage.

From that moment on, Bong-gu lived like any happy dog. He played tug-of-war, ran around, ate well, and slept soundly. Eventually, he reached the end of his days, but he crossed the rainbow bridge with a full heart and a life packed with simple joys.

Now, picture this: in dog heaven, Bong-gu wakes up from a nap and catches a whiff of something so familiar it makes his heart race. Sniff sniff… that’s Dad’s scent. It’s faint, but he knows it deep down.

Overcome with excitement, Bong-gu bolts out of dog heaven, determined to find his dad again. He’s about to start a journey packed with challenges and risks, but this time, it’s his turn to work a little magic—to find the person who once found him.

In the end, Bong-gu finds his dad. That meeting feels like fate, something that was always meant to happen, no matter how hard the journey got. There’s happiness, there’s sadness, but through it all, there’s a sense that those who belong together always find their way back.
