GAME OVERVIEW

Alright, so here’s the gist of this game, set on Earth way in the future. Our familiar world is in danger thanks to some ancient super-intelligent race called “The Firstborn” who ruled the planet long before humans. Ages ago, a meteor hit Earth, wiping out 90% of life, so The Firstborn had to go into hibernation to survive. Shanshui Haven

He gets a shady job to fetch an artifact from the ocean. When he finds this weird crystal and pulls it out, it triggers an explosion that messes up the power system of The Firstborn’s hibernation pods. Kirk gets knocked out in the blast but manages to surface before passing out.

The cataclysm took everything from him, so he’s back to find out what happened and visit his old home. He’s a bit of a nerd, funny and naive.

Meanwhile, “Gentem,” the ancient city of The Firstborn, rises from the ocean and moves to land, unleashing an energy wave that wrecks the east coast of the U.S., turning Wilmington into ruins. The Firstborn want to terraform Earth to suit them, which could wipe out humanity.

Kirk breaks out of prison and hides in the Wilmington ruins. Yoko’s there to investigate, and Zendaya’s checking out the city too. They all end up meeting and discovering The Firstborn’s plan.
