After WWI, Eastern Europe’s a mess. Crops are getting destroyed by bugs, diseases are spreading, and bandits are everywhere. With no government in sight, cities have to fend for themselves.

When a boat rolls into your port, you’ve got to inspect it before unloading or turning it away. Check the boat against the report to make sure there’s no infection. But if you miss something, bugs might ruin your resources!

You start with a basic port, but that’s not going to cut it in this post-WWI chaos. You’ve got to ramp up your infrastructure fast if you want to survive and keep the city going. Build new stuff, upgrade what you’ve got, and research new tech! You can also hire staff to boost efficiency, but they’ll need a daily paycheck. And don’t forget to send resources to the city or your citizens might not make it!

Be ready for all kinds of events at your port—one bad shipment could spell disaster! Winter’s going to be rough, so gear up.
