GAME OVERVIEW

This game is an RPG with rogue elements, but it’s not just about adventure and combat. The real focus here is on non-combat, “leisure gameplay.” After fighting monsters, hunting for treasure, and gathering resources in the wild, you head back to town to dive into a bunch of chill activities.

As a hero with a limited lifespan, you’ll risk it all, fight, discover treasures, invest, and place bets. You’ll watch your character grow from a ‘Novice’ to a ‘Veteran.’ What you gain in each life—whether it’s honors or items—can be passed on to the next life. Dungeon Defenders Going Rogue

Here’s a tip: make sure to check out the beginner tutorial at least once and read the instructions carefully in every gameplay situation.

“Coins” are rare, special items that drop in the game, each with its own unique effect, like random teleports, rewards, storage, rebirth, and a ton more. Then there’s “Wishpalm,” which represents wish rules in the game world. It offers over 100 wish effects where you can choose how to gain extra rewards based on your decisions.

You get to play however you like Trade between towns, gather resources to craft powerful weapons, and explore the world to earn honor. You can equip as much gear as you want—wear 10 rings at once if that’s your thing!

The way you gain experience is also unique. Instead of just leveling up with numbers, you’ll write your own [Experience Notes], which you can sell to other players who need them. Luck isn’t just about getting random boosts anymore, either. If you’re “blessed with good fortune,” you can get all sorts of unexpected benefits.

“Spirit Stones” are your in-game currency, but they’re also used to craft various items. When your character dies, they lose age as a penalty. If they live too long past their age limit, they’ll die permanently, and you’ll need to start over, though you can keep some of your resources for the next character.

There are tons of resources to gather, like minerals, herbs, fish, and wood. You’ll start out as a novice knight, but you can choose your weapons and abilities as you go. Plus, you’ll get access to 2000+ different items in total.

There are 150+ usable skills, 40+ enemy races, 100+ enemy types, and 200+ achievable honor events. You’ll also encounter seven different terrain types in the wilderness and dozens of random mission events. There’s one main quest that’s optional, and you can choose whether or not you want to rank up and unlock more weapon slots.
