GAME OVERVIEW

Blood: Refreshed Supply throws you right into Caleb’s boots—a gunslinger who claws his way back from the grave, hungry for payback against Tchernobog, the dark god who betrayed him. Caleb used to be one of Tchernobog’s top Chosen, until he and his crew got wiped out for reasons he never understood.

Now, Caleb’s got one thing on his mind: revenge. He rises from the dirt, grabs whatever weapon he can find (yeah, you start with just a pitchfork), and heads straight into hellfire. Every step forward means more blood, more destruction, and no holding back.

You’ll blast your way through 42 savage levels, slowly trading up your arsenal—from Flare Guns and sticks of dynamite to Napalm Launchers and Tommy Guns. Flotsam

Each weapon hits hard and feels completely unhinged. And right when you think things can’t get any crazier, you pull out darker tools—like the Voodoo Doll or the Life Leech—to tear through anything in your path.

The Cabal throws everything they’ve got at you: Cultists, Fanatics, Zealots, and Acolytes, not to mention a whole bestiary of monsters. Zombies claw from the ground. Gargoyles swoop in from nowhere. Gill Beasts, Phantasms, Hell Hounds—every one of them wants you dead.

Refreshed Supply packs in the original Blood and the Cryptic Passage expansion, and then goes even further. There’s a new Vault crammed with cut levels, concept art, behind-the-scenes stuff, and sprites that never made it into the game. The cutscenes? Fully remastered.

On top of that, you get a rebuilt game engine with smarter enemies, restored weather effects, bug fixes, and better modding tools. Everything looks sharp in 4K, runs smoother with unlocked framerates, and feels right whether you’re playing split-screen, online co-op, or with a controller.
