GAME OVERVIEW

You wake up in this wild, floating world—just islands drifting in a glowing sky, surrounded by strange creatures and plants you’ve never seen before. There aren’t any clear directions or answers, so you’ve got to figure things out as you go.

You start off with nothing, grabbing whatever you can and slowly making tools. Eventually, you push beyond the basics, get smarter, invent stuff, and fight to survive. At the end of the day, your real goal is to find your way home.

Everything kicks off with gathering resources. You chop down trees, crack open resource chests, and harvest what the land offers. Each piece you collect is a stepping stone—these materials let you build up your base, advance your technology, and unlock new ideas. EXD – Extra Dimensional

Building your home base is a huge part of making it. You need to manage workers, set up production lines, and turn raw stuff into refined goods. If you lay things out well—make your factories efficient, connect everything—you’ll break through early limits and keep advancing. Over time, what starts as a few structures grows into a sprawling, self-sustaining setup.

The islands themselves are totally open for your creativity. You can design your own settlement, transforming empty patches into a lively sky-home with all kinds of buildings, greenery, and places to live and work. You decide what it looks like, and each choice leaves your mark.

As you wander, you stumble on a rare treasure—the Mysterious Glowing Stone. It’s pure energy, and it can power old machines you find. Use it right, and you automate jobs, cut down busywork, and get a real boost. This unlocks bigger tech upgrades and reveals secrets you never expected.

So, if you mix building, survival, automation, and just wandering around, you get a chill but rewarding experience. You start out alone, but before long, you’re the architect of your own civilization in the clouds—piecing together the mystery of this strange world, bit by bit.

Once The CLOUD DWELLERS is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to CLOUD DWELLERS ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the CLOUD DWELLERS folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
