GAME OVERVIEW

ENDALOR isn’t here to hold your hand. It’s a tough, open-world survival RPG for one to four players, tossed into a medieval dark fantasy world that feels as dangerous as it looks.

Piotr Jasiński dropped the game into Early Access on March 26, 2026, and immediately, you’re standing wide-eyed at the edge of a landscape that sprawls from icy mountaintops and massive gothic castles to pitch-black caverns crawling with monsters.

You can go solo or round up a crew of adventurers, but either way, it’s a fight for every scrap—you’ll have to scavenge, craft, and battle through a world that isn’t interested in your survival. BLOODLETTER

The combat leans hard on stamina. Every swing, stab, or spell you toss out drains your energy, so you have to think fast and weigh your choices, especially when you’re staring down unique enemies or bosses that don’t play fair.

As you survive and gain experience, you shape your character—maybe you start as a hungry scavenger with a chipped blade, but if you make smart decisions (and don’t die trying), you’ll end up a battle-hardened warrior with rare gear you crafted yourself.

Building a safe camp is non-negotiable. That’s your base—a place to cook, tend crops, and stash your hard-earned loot. You’re always chasing better gear, so get ready to dive deep into the most dangerous, pitch-black caverns you can find.

That’s where the real materials are. Every trip underground, you’ll be repairing gear, brewing up potions, and keeping a sharp eye on the land’s secret patterns. That’s what keeps you alive in the long shadows of Rodovia—or you wind up as another skeleton rotting in some hidden dungeon.

Once The ENDALOR is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to ENDALOR ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the ENDALOR folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
