In THYSIASTERY, the “Brand” is your ticket down into the dark—and sometimes, it’s your death sentence. The game dropped on March 3, 2026, and it’s not messing around. Imagine a tough, old-school roguelike, but with a moody, stripped-back retro look that sticks with you.

You don’t just control one hero here. Instead, you wrangle a whole team of “bearers”—regular folks trapped in this endless, shifting labyrinth that honestly feels more like a hungry beast than a maze.

You’re pushing through all sorts of places: buried forests, drowned cities, strange biomes that change every time, all in a desperate hunt for an exit that might not even be real. The Walking Trade

THYSIASTERY is all about smart moves. Just mashing attack won’t get you far. You need to watch for elemental and positional weaknesses, and keep your own crew safe from the same tricks. One thing that really stands out is the Skill Inheritance system.

Your characters can dig up old, forgotten skills and actually teach them to each other. So even if someone dies (and they will), the stuff they pass on sticks around for the whole run, which makes you think way ahead every time you risk a move.

The vibe? Straight-up mysterious. The labyrinth is packed with odd relics and locals who might help or just confuse you with riddles. You get a bunch of ways to tweak the difficulty, too.

You can take it slow and steady, turning the game into a careful crawl, or crank things up until every step feels like your last. One moment you’re poking at a cursed idol, the next you’re barely escaping a brutal ambush. All the while, the game keeps you walking that tightrope between hope and the creeping madness of the Brand.

Once The THYSIASTERY is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to THYSIASTERY ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the THYSIASTERY folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
