GAME OVERVIEW

Your old friend Yuki asks you over for a sleepover, but things go sideways fast. Before you know it, you’re stuck inside her house with no easy way out.

Yuki isn’t your average childhood buddy. She expects you to do exactly what she says, or she’ll snap in ways you don’t want to see. Trying to run or ignoring her orders? Bad idea. She doesn’t forgive.

You have to talk to her using your microphone, answering her scripted questions. Careful, though. One wrong word and she’ll kill you on the spot. Pirate’s Gambit

As you creep through her house, you need to pick up clues and figure out how to handle her moods. You’ll keep asking yourself: do you stick with her and play along, or do you risk everything and try to escape?

During the day, Yuki wants you to do normal stuff with her—and she expects you to make her happy. If you try to bolt while she’s distracted, she’ll notice, and trust me, that makes things worse.

Sometimes, she tells you to stay put for “quiet time.” That’s your shot. If you’re brave (or desperate) enough, you can sneak out and look for secrets. It’s risky, with her lurking nearby, but it’s the only real chance you get to explore without her breathing down your neck.

Every choice matters. Every answer could be your last. If you can juggle her demands and keep your wits, maybe—just maybe—you’ll survive the night and find a way out.

Once The Escape from Yandere is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Escape from Yandere ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the Escape from Yandere folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
