GAME OVERVIEW

You wake up in the middle of a blizzard, freezing, lost in the woods. Everything feels wrong. The roads are gone, the forest is empty, and you can’t call for help.

Somewhere up ahead, buried under all that snow, there’s a village. The lights are still on in the houses, but the tracks in the snow twist around in ways that don’t add up. Nothing here feels right.

You keep moving, even though every step feels heavier than the last. The silence presses in, broken only by the wind howling through the trees. Dark Auction

After a while, you get this creeping sense that someone—or something—is watching you. You’re not alone. There’s something out there, hidden in the snow and shadows, tracking your every move.

The longer you wander, the stranger the village feels. Sometimes it almost seems alive, breathing quietly under the drifts. Other times, the whole place just stares at you, letting you wander in circles until you start to fade. All you want is to escape. But it’s starting to feel like the village has other ideas.

This is a short, atmospheric horror game built around that feeling of being alone and hunted. You’re trapped in a relentless blizzard, wandering through an abandoned village where nothing makes sense.

The tension never really lets up. Even the snow turns against you. It’s about a half-hour experience, but the feeling of being watched? That sticks with you long after the game ends.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

Once The White Silence is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to White Silence ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the White Silence folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
