GAME OVERVIEW

Deepstone Rift throws you right into a tough sci-fi world, somewhere out there on a crumbling alien planet called the Rift. You play as a Ranger—one of the best—sent to figure out what’s tearing the place apart. It’s not just the usual bad guys here.

Think twisted wildlife, old tech that barely works, and landscapes that seem to want you gone. The further you push, the more the planet fights back, and you start to piece together hints of some disaster everyone forgot.

The action’s all about fast, third-person combat mixed with survival and exploring. You’re always moving—dodging, shooting, and figuring out how to handle enemies that don’t play fair. Sometimes it’s just you, sometimes it’s a whole squad (up to four people). Cat Girl Survivor

Either way, you need to think on your feet. One minute you’re taking down a swarm of mutants, the next you’re facing a boss that makes you rethink your whole plan. Every fight feels different, and you’ve got to adapt fast.

You can play alone or with friends, but teamwork really changes the game. Everybody can build their Ranger differently—maybe you’re the one with heavy firepower, or you’re setting traps and backing up your team. Upgrading your Ranger is a big deal here. You’ll scavenge for resources, tweak your weapons, make new tools, and pick up new skills as you go. There’s no one right way to play—you might focus on raw damage, keeping everyone alive, or just making sure you’re hard to kill. The deeper you go, the more you need to fine-tune your loadout.

And it’s not just the monsters. The planet itself is out to get you. Radiation, poison clouds, unstable ground—sometimes you’re fighting the environment as much as anything else. Between missions, you can catch your breath at safer hubs, stock up, upgrade, and plan your next dive into the Rift.
