GAME OVERVIEW
Step into the wild, dream-soaked world of Onirism. Here’s how it starts: someone swipes a plushie, a portal snaps open, and suddenly Carol—a girl with way too much energy and imagination to spare—dives headfirst into the chaos. Slip on her slippers and get ready to explore Crearia, a place where nothing sits still for long.
This isn’t a small adventure. You’re in for more than 20 levels across 10 chapters, each one weirder than the last. There are secrets tucked away everywhere, puzzles that mess with your head, and environments that look like someone’s fever dream. You’ll sprint through candy-colored forests, climb up pyramids, and even poke around a moon base. Nothing here feels boring or recycled.
Don’t expect everyone to welcome you with open arms. Over 300 enemies pop up, each with their own oddball look and totally unpredictable moves. Every fight is a curveball—combat stays fresh and a little bit bonkers from start to finish. Onirism

Then there are the bosses. More than 20 of them, and none are pushovers. You’ll go up against everything from giant, teeth-gnashing plants to mad scientists who think they’re gods. If you want to win, you’ve got to be sharp, quick, and ready to use whatever weird gadgets you’ve got.
Speaking of gadgets—there’s no shortage of firepower. Over 300 weapons and tools are waiting to be found. Blasters, bubble guns, rocket launchers—some things you won’t even have words for. Every weapon feels different, and the chaos just ramps up from there.
Carol’s got style, too. There are more than 200 outfits—space suits, ridiculous hats, you name it. You can fight monsters while looking like you just raided a costume shop in a dream. It’s about making the journey your own, one goofy outfit at a time.
Getting around doesn’t mean walking, either. You’ll pilot more than 20 different vehicles: planes, hovercrafts, mechs—the works. Each one flips the gameplay on its head and keeps things unpredictable.
Want to bring a friend? Go for it. Onirism’s multiplayer mode lets you team up or go head-to-head, both locally and online. Boss battles get wilder with company, and messing around with friends makes everything hit a little harder.
But at the core, this is Carol’s quest to get back her plushie, Bunbun. The story unfolds in bursts of laughter, wild explosions, and places that only make sense in dreams. It’s loud, it’s unruly, and it’s not here to follow anyone’s rules.
Onirism’s road to version 1.0 was a long one—six years in early access, with the team at Crimson Tales pouring everything into it. They’re grateful for the community that stuck around through it all. The game’s cast is bigger and bolder than ever, with voices from K-pop star AleXa, Anna Lauzeray-Gishi, Bob Lennon, BenZaie, and plenty more bringing this mad world to life. And there’s still more to come.
