Forestrike throws you into a martial arts roguelite that channels the energy of old-school kung fu movies. Every fight feels fresh, and every loss pushes Yu—a lone martial artist—closer to real mastery.

Yu’s mission takes him across the country, all to free the Emperor from a ruthless Admiral’s grip. But as he travels, the odds stack up. Enemies get tougher. Numbers grow. Pretty soon, you realize skill alone won’t cut it.

That’s where Foresight comes in. It’s this mysterious technique that lets Yu play out battles in his mind before things get real. Sure, it doesn’t promise victory, but it gives you a glimpse of what’s coming—and that’s gold, because every real mistake stings. The Berlin Apartment

Mess up, and Yu starts his journey all over again. Winning one fight doesn’t guarantee you’ll breeze through the next. You have to think ahead, plan your route across a world that changes every run, take breaks at Inns, and soak up whatever wisdom you can from the Masters you meet.

As Yu moves forward, he learns from five offbeat Masters, each teaching him new moves that stick with him for good. You can mix and match these abilities, coming up with strategies that get Yu closer to his goal: beating the Admiral’s followers—and eventually the Admiral himself—without leaning on Foresight.

At the core of Forestrike is that Foresight mechanic. It gives you room to mess around, test ideas, and really experiment before the real fight kicks off. The roguelite flow keeps you on your toes, too—routes shift, plans change, and you have to improvise to survive. Combat is sharp and tactical. You’ll need to take down groups of enemies, swap out moves you’ve learned, and treat every fight like a puzzle to solve.

All this action unfolds in a vibrant pixel-art world packed with atmosphere, colorful characters, and a little bit of magic. It’s a journey that looks as good as it feels, and it’ll keep you coming back for just one more run.

Open the Forestrike folder and run the exe application.
