You’ve already done more than enough work today — but your boss? Yeah, they don’t think so. In Exit Strategy, your mission is simple: sneak, sabotage, and slide your way out of the office without anyone catching you.

Stay out of your boss’s sight, dodge HR like a pro, and distract your coworkers just long enough to make a clean getaway. Want bonus points? Snag your paycheck on the way out and flex on the leaderboards. Subnautica

The game’s packed with ridiculous stealth puzzles and hilarious office hazards. Crawl through vents, hide in lockers, flood the place with coffee, unleash microwave stink bombs, or slip past security with a well-placed water spill. But be careful — your boss is smart enough to learn your tricks and adapt, so you can’t pull the same stunt twice. Oh, and if they call your cell? Decide fast whether to answer, hang up, or silence it before it gives you away.

Of course, there’s lunchroom drama too. Swipe someone’s lasagna or Power Bowl from the fridge and prepare for chaos when they find out. And when stealth isn’t enough, you can “accidentally” bump, push, or knock over your coworkers using whatever’s lying around.

When you’re not making your great escape, you can switch to Build Mode and design your own insane office layouts. Place walls, vents, microwaves, paychecks, patrol routes, and more, then test your setup to see how well it plays. Thanks to full Steam Workshop support, you can share your creations or try out the most devious escapes from other players.

Exit Strategy is a mix of stealth gameplay and pure workplace comedy, inspired by classic sneaky games but dripping with The Office-style absurdity. If you’ve ever dreamed of ghosting out of work at 2:37 PM without a trace — this is your chance.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

Wait for 5 seconds and then hit the blue ‘download now’ button. The download will start, so just hang tight.
Once The Exit Strategy is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Exit Strategy ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the Exit Strategy folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
