Old enemies from fifteen years ago are after this dangerous tome. The Staten Union, which almost wrecked Kurozaki with a brutal civil war, is back and itching for revenge. The power-hungry Minister of Defense, Yuichi Ono, is using his own son Jigen as a pawn. Plus, the cocky “Radiant Blademaster” Eisen Rast is obsessed with defeating the strongest foes in the skies.
