GAME OVERVIEW

YAR throws you into a huge, open-world RPG inspired by Eastern European legends and folklore. Boreyian Studios launched it on April 2, 2026, and from the start, you feel free to wander wherever you want—fiery forests, bubbling lava fields, frozen mountains, creepy swamps.

It’s all there. Your goal? Break the hold of ancient evil over this land. Pick your path: maybe you’re a gutsy Warrior, or maybe you prefer the wisdom of a Mage.

Either way, your chosen faction sets the groundwork for an adventure full of hand-crafted quests and the thrill of digging up forgotten relics. ALL WILL FALL

You’ll find the progression system goes deep. Pick which attributes matter to you, train them, and dive into a combat system that keeps things fresh—using everything from axes and crossbows to wild scrolls and powerful enchantments. But it’s not just about the fighting.

You can brew potions through Alchemy, smith your own weapons, cook up unique foods, or master Magic Crafting to make gear that really suits the way you play. If you ever feel outmatched, you can even pray to the Gods for a boost—prayer’s a real mechanic, and it sometimes brings divine gifts or blessings, handy for those dungeon runs full of loot and danger.

YAR isn’t just about the main story, either. There’s a bunch of side activities that really capture the everyday life and culture of the Boreyian people. Maybe you sit down for a few hands of “Koshun,” their local card game, or you join fistfights and archery competitions to test your skills—and maybe earn a bit of extra coin.

For those who prefer a slower pace, fishing is its own rewarding system, and you’ll meet legendary characters straight out of the real myths that inspired the game.

Open the YAR: Forgotten Throne folder and run the exe application.
