The year is 2055. Tokyo’s barely hanging on. War, dried-up resources, and a dying population have pretty much turned the place into a shell of what it used to be. Everything feels bleak, and most people have checked out emotionally. HELLBREAK

But in the middle of all that gloom, some girls are still out there—streaming live, performing, trying to shine. They’re ranked and judged constantly by the remaining people watching, and you can see how it starts to mess with them. Their eyes, once full of life, are slowly losing that spark.

Then out of nowhere, this one girl wakes up and breaks through the silence.
“HELLO WORLD! I am Ai from Vstar!”
She’s like a light in the darkness—still singing, still smiling, even when everything’s crashing down around her.
