In Slay or Fall, you step into the role of the Dark Lord, ruler of a vast dungeon that’s constantly under siege by fearless heroes. Every decision you make shifts the story, with the weight of your choices deciding whether you survive—or fall.

These adventurers are coming straight for you, and it’s your job to hold them off and the game fuses roguelike elements with text-driven storytelling, giving you the freedom to choose whether to crush enemies with brute force, pull strings through clever schemes, or command your minions to stand their ground.

A single mistake could weaken your defenses, while a smart move might throw the heroes completely off balance before they even reach your domain. On top of that you will be balancing dungeon politics leading battles and keeping your minions under control while ensuring the heroes do not break through.

You’ll command four unique factions, each with their own identity and strengths. Goblins are greedy and chaotic but their numbers and lust for gold make them a valuable resource. Cultists are few, but they’re fanatically loyal and will gladly sacrifice themselves for your cause.

Lizards live for combat and logistics, preferring raw strength over arcane tricks. Ratfolk are rebellious and hard to control but if you manage to sway them, their skills in espionage and assassination can turn into devastating assets.

The game is built around replayability ensuring every run feels different. Encounters change, events shift, and outcomes surprise you at every turn.

Each playthrough gives you new strategies to test whether that is starving the heroes corrupting their minds breaking their morale or turning them against each other in chaos. The variety keeps every campaign fresh forcing you to adapt your tactics as the challenges evolve.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD
