Pieced Together isn’t your typical puzzle game. It’s heartfelt, hand-drawn, and totally wrapped up in the messy feelings of old friendships. Glowfrog Games, a two-person team—Kate and Ellie—put it together for their first release, and dropped it on March 26, 2026.

The whole thing centers on Connie, who’s in her thirties. She sifts through a scrapbook, trying to make sense of her history with Beth, her childhood friend.

You follow their story from when they were lonely ten-year-olds, through all their inseparable years in school, right up to the question Connie can’t shake: Should she reach out after all these years? Box Bakery

Playing Pieced Together is simple, not stressful—think cozy, not competitive. The game runs about one or two hours, and everything you do revolves around “scrapbooking.” You turn pages, piece torn photos back together, solve gentle logic and word puzzles, and organize little keepsakes that stir up emotional flashbacks.

It doesn’t throw tough brainteasers at you, but it asks you to really get your hands on the story—to feel out what these memories mean. And if you’re a sticker lover, you’re in luck: You can collect stickers as you play and make Connie’s scrapbook your own.

What makes the game pop visually is its hand-drawn animation. The acoustic soundtrack matches the highs and lows of Connie’s journey, making the whole experience feel pretty personal. There’s well-done voice acting too—Connie’s inner thoughts and her letters to Beth are honest, even raw sometimes, and you can feel the weight behind her words.

Sure, it’s short, but players actually appreciate that, and they love the little details—like the cats hidden throughout the illustrations—that soften the story’s tougher moments. You can grab it on PC (Steam) right now, and it’s even got a spot in the Spring 2026 Indie Showcase.

Open the Pieced Together folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
