GAME OVERVIEW

So there’s this suburban hospital where a bunch of mysterious deaths went down, and then out of nowhere, the whole place got shut down. Now it’s abandoned, creepy as hell, and you step in as a journalist trying to dig out the truth.

Inside, there are 10 scattered medical records you’ve got to collect if you want to uncover the full story and make it out alive.

Sounds simple right? Well, not really—because your character is a total coward. The only way to actually run in this game is by screaming into your mic. Yeah, you literally have to shout to move faster. DISCOPUP

That is where the chaos begins. Enemies in the hospital are sound-sensitive. If they hear your voice—or even just a noise you make—they’ll come hunting. So while screaming helps you run, it also puts you at risk. Every sound you make could either save you or get you caught, so you’ve got to be smart.

And the best part? You don’t have to go in alone. The game lets you play online with up to four friends complete with proximity voice chat. So you’ll be hearing your friends panic, scream, and laugh in real time while you’re all trying to survive. If someone goes down, you can even bring them healing items to get them back up.

The devs are planning regular updates—new maps, mechanics, balance tweaks, the works. Plus they actually encourage streaming and content creation so if you’re brave enough to scream into your mic for hours this game is perfect for sharing. Just remember—every scream could either save your life or end it.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

Once The Must Scream is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Must Scream ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the Must Scream folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
