You’ll step into the shoes of an alchemist-medicus, running your own potion workshop right in the heart of a medieval town. From brewing healing brews to hunting down rare ingredients you will be the go-to healer for a line of townsfolk who desperately need your skills.

As you grow you can expand your little infirmary bring in assistants and adapt to the changing demands of the town. Strategy meets creativity here.
Your journey will take you from calm mornings spent gathering herbs to intense nights trying to save the sick and injured. Step by step, you’ll rise from a simple village healer to a legendary medicus everyone trusts.
You’ll get to craft tons of unique potions customize and upgrade your infirmary help quirky medieval characters with all sorts of problems, and balance your economy and reputation as your business grows.
With new recipes, upgrades, and a chill but strategic gameplay loop, this is all wrapped up in a cozy medieval isometric art style.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD
- Click the Download button below and you’ll be redirected.
- Wait for 5 seconds and then hit the blue ‘download now’ button. The download will start, so just hang tight.
- Once The Medicus is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Medicus ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
- Open the Medicus folder and run the exe application.
- Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
