GAME OVERVIEW

So in this wild game, you play as the Esophaguys—a bunch of old dudes with insanely long, stretchy necks.

The whole deal is about swinging, biting, and stretching around in pure chaos, whether you’re solo or with up to four friends. The goal? To make your way through each mode and eventually reunite with your long-lost kin.

In Co-op Mode, you and your friends team up, using your stretchy neck powers to solve puzzles and get across tricky areas. It’s all about working together to bring back the forgotten monuments of your scattered people. Store It

Then there’s Minigame Mode, which is pure mayhem. You’ve got Esophaball, Spartagus, and Gulletorax—basically crazy sports, arena battles, and movement challenges where you go neck-to-neck to see who’s the real champ.

Story Mode takes things in a more mythic direction. With narration guiding you, you go on a big journey to uncover the past and figure out the truth about these weird neck powers. It’s got this mix of goofy and surprisingly deep vibes.

If you’re into punishing challenges, Masochist Mode is where it gets brutal. No land, no checkpoints, just endless neck stretches in a hardcore arena that feels made for speedrunners. It’s the kind of mode where you either cry or grind until you master it.

Everything ties back into the Hub World, where you slowly rebuild the ancient monument of your people. As you progress, you’ll unlock secrets and even new outfits for your long-necked crew.

On top of that, there are over 4000 ridiculous mouth-made sound effects. Every grunt, stretch, and neck wiggle comes with its own squishy sound, making the whole thing as funny as it is immersive.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

Once The Esophaguys is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Esophaguys ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the Esophaguys folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
