GAME OVERVIEW
Cities: Skylines – Race Day shakes things up for the classic city-builder, dropping right on the game’s 11th birthday. Even with Cities: Skylines II in the works, this new expansion—developed by Tantalus Media—brings fresh energy to the original.
Now, your city isn’t just a place for people to live or work. It’s a stage for high-speed races and huge events. You get to run the show, setting up everything from local fun runs to full-on Formula One weekends.
The real game-changer here is the Event Road system. Most days, these roads are just part of your regular traffic mess. GreedFall The Dying World
But when race day comes, you can shut them down and turn your city into a racing hotspot. It’s not as simple as throwing down a track, though.
You’ve got to plan routes that are both thrilling for racers and won’t totally wreck your city’s traffic. If you want a dedicated spot, you can build Custom Race Venues with Motor Race Tracks—either as standalone circuits or as wild street races that weave right through the city.
You get new buildings, too: Pit Garages, Race HQ, and Spectator Stands you can tweak to your liking. You’re in charge of ticket prices and the whole sports season vibe.
On top of all that, everyone gets a free update. You’ll find Road Fences (finally), self-lit Billboards, and a new Employment Info View to help you keep tabs on your workforce. It’s a good time to be a mayor.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD

- Wait for 5 seconds and then hit the blue ‘download now’ button. The download will start, so just hang tight.
- Once The Cities: Skylines – Race Day is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Cities: Skylines – Race Day ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
- Open the Cities: Skylines – Race Day folder and run the exe application.
- Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
