The game keeps things fresh with different modes, so you won’t get bored. Story Mode takes you deep into the treasure planet, letting you dig into the plot and uncover character secrets.

You get to pick your fighter: Muu, a robot who works up close with energy claws, can zip around the battlefield, launch enemies into the air, and chain up brutal combos for big damage. Each character is loaded with deep customization—there are over 50 combat Tech Arts and hundreds of Chips to mix and match, so your playstyle always feels unique. And when you’re getting backed into a corner, recovery ships and battlefield allies might just save your skin.

Fights are wild and always shifting. It’s not all about brute force; you can target elemental weaknesses—robots fry with electricity, while living enemies burn under fire. Objects around you aren’t just props; they’re tools you can use to get an edge.

Bosses aren’t pushovers either. They match your strength, charge up their own Overdrive Burst attacks, and try to break your rhythm. If you time your hits right and break their Stance, you’ll flip the fight in your favor.
