In “Consequences” (1926), you crash-land in an alternate past where global warming kicks off a hundred years too early. People are dying, temperatures are spiking, and you’re stuck trying to keep civilization alive on a planet that’s burning up.

Your main job? Research the tech and science fast enough to find out why this is happening, all while handling the collapse around you.

Then there’s “Lost” (The Distant Future). Here, your spaceship smashes into an unknown, hostile world and you’ve got only your Original Crew. No reinforcements coming. Every squadmate matters, because once they’re gone, they’re gone for good. You need to scavenge for parts on a gritty alien map full of threats and desperate factions, and somehow find a way home.

Each scenario transports you with new environments and hazards, backed by a UI designed just for these radically different eras.

As of March 31, 2026, the developers are saying thanks to the community—sales from this expansion will go straight into improving game performance and finishing up the upcoming “Deep Trench” multiplayer update. You can grab the expansion on Steam and the Epic Games Store. Early reviews are already calling out “Lost” for its punishing difficulty and emotional punch.
