Eastern Era throws you right into a fight for survival, where leading your people comes before dreams of martial glory. Fire-Arrow Studio dropped this management sim on March 26, 2026.

The idea? Guide a struggling sect through a bleak land, pick up the pieces, and build a new home from scratch. You’re not just giving orders—you’re picking every stone for your headquarters, choosing where the grand halls and defenses go, and making sure your disciples actually stay alive.

Food runs out, storms hit, and you have to deal with wild beasts. But if you push through, you get the chance to restore your sect’s power and take over the JiangHu, leaving your mark as a legend. Is Zombody Home?

The world isn’t just for show, either. Every tree or rock can become resources for you to craft what you need. Sure, survival is a big deal, but the real depth comes from training your disciples.

They’ve got to unlock their dantian and pick up internal skills—basically, become stronger inside and out. Want to go further? You can give your characters beast limbs or organs to get even stronger, no kidding.

As your team grows, you can put disciples in charge of running things, or lead them into battles to expand your turf. You can go to war or play the diplomacy game—it’s really up to you.

Right now, Eastern Era’s out on PC via Steam, and there’s a 10% discount for the first week. Players seem pretty hooked on how the game blends building mechanics with this “Oriental Dark Fantasy” style. It’s also unforgiving—like, build your storage wrong and a heatwave can destroy your supplies.
