GAME OVERVIEW

In Dead in Antares, you’re in charge of a team of ten specialists stranded on a strange alien planet. You’ve crashed here on a last-ditch mission to save Earth, and now everything depends on your decisions.

This is the third game in the “Dead in” series, and it really cranks up the challenge. You have to manage everything—food, water, exhaustion, and, maybe most importantly, your crew’s mental health. While they try to turn the wreck of their ship into a livable outpost, you’re the one juggling it all.

The game blends deep base management with tactical RPG elements. You get up to 20 workstations to tinker with and more than 130 upgrades to craft, all to help your camp survive whatever this planet throws at you. Park Ranger Simulator

When you leave the safety of your base, you’ll explore these gorgeous, hand-drawn landscapes—sometimes it’s crystal forests, sometimes volcanic deserts—and you’ll run into turn-based combat along the way.

Every character has a special “Power Surge” move, so when things get rough, you can unleash something big to shift the fight in your favor. There’s also a full RPG system where you can level up your crew’s skills and traits, shaping your survival strategy as you go.

But it’s not just about keeping everyone alive. The story digs into relationships and tough choices. With ten characters, you’ll see over 135 unique dialogues as friendships form, fall apart, or change under stress.

Your crew gets tangled up in an ancient conflict between two native factions—one’s the original children of the land, the other’s a proud, high-tech species that crashed here ages ago. The way you handle things decides the fate of these groups and your own team, leading to one of five different endings.

Once The Dead in Antares is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Dead in Antares ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the Dead in Antares folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
