You’re hunting a serial killer—someone truly vicious—when you wake up in a hospital you don’t recognize. Each time you go under, you wake up again, carrying every memory of what just happened.

You’re barely hanging on, bleeding out, and you’ve got maybe fifteen minutes left unless you do something right now. Still, dying isn’t the end for you.

This is survival horror, third-person, and the whole thing runs on a merciless time loop. Every time you die, you get smarter. You learn. You tweak your strategy, push a little further, and maybe survive a little longer. Failure stings, but you use it. You get better. That’s the only way through. Vampires: Bloodlord Rising

Your lifeline? Deputy Rose Watters. She’s tough, but she doesn’t have all the answers. Still, the two of you start digging into Saint Heritage Hospital’s secrets together. With every loop, you remember a little more, and the truth you uncover gets darker and more twisted.

The game doesn’t just tell you a story—you live it through the time loop. You build your own playstyle, picking abilities and making choices that actually matter.

The hospital opens up as you learn and grow, Metroidvania-style, with new areas to explore once you’ve picked up the right skills. Escaping isn’t just tough—it’s terrifying. The loop is your enemy, and it never lets go.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD

3. Once The Fear The Timeloop is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to Fear The Timeloop ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
4. Open the Fear The Timeloop folder and run the exe application.
5. Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
