Volkolak: The Will of Gods drops you into a dark, twisted Slavic fantasy, where everything’s gone off the rails. The Far-away State—a sprawling medieval land—has fallen under Koschei the Immortal’s curse.

Madness and evil spread everywhere. It’s brutal. You play as the lone hero, forced to battle Koschei’s minions. The combat isn’t a cakewalk either; it’s deep, tough, and rewards skill. You’ll need to explore every shadowy corner to survive.

The game sticks to classic side-scrolling Metroidvania roots, with gorgeous hand-drawn 2D animation and a heavy, moody atmosphere. One cool twist: you can transform into a werewolf. That’s not just for show—it changes how you play. Toroa Skycall

At the start, you pick your class. Go full savage as the Cursed, tap into raw magic as the Volkolak, or stand for justice as the Bogatyr. Each path comes with its own weapons, abilities, and story beats. You’ll get blessings from churches, meet strange mythical beings, and seek out pagan altars to unlock your werewolf powers.

The world’s huge and tangled, all inspired by Slavic myths. You’ll crawl through the dungeons of Tsargrad, get lost in the Dark Forest, and slog across the Stinking Swamp. Legendary creatures wait around every corner—Leshy, Serpent, Baba Yaga, Koschei himself, and even the Firebird.

You’ll fight over 50 different enemies and face off against 15 monstrous bosses. Every new skill you earn lets you dig deeper, find hidden places, and uncover secret lore.

No two playthroughs feel the same. Each class tells its own story, and multiple endings mean there’s always something new to discover.
