GAME OVERVIEW

Alright, so CloverPit is basically what you’d get if Balatro and Buckshot Roulette had some twisted, demonic baby. It throws you into this grimy, hellish little cell with nothing but a janky slot machine and a sketchy-looking ATM.

The whole point? Pay off your debt at the end of every round or get wrecked—literally. It’s a rogue-lite, so every run is different, and every choice matters.

You’re gambling with your life, but like, not actual gambling… more like mind games mixed with chaos. DEN PAIN

You mess with the slot machine to try and scrape together coins, and yeah, the odds are stacked against you—but that’s where the fun starts. One good combo and suddenly you’re rolling in coins, thinking you’ve got the upper hand—until the game turns on you again.

It’s all about bending the rules, finding those busted synergies, and staying just barely ahead of your mysterious captor until maybe—maybe—you earn your freedom.

The game throws everything at you. It’s got this dark, gritty escape room vibe with heavy horror energy. Every round feels like it could be your last, which keeps things super tense.

There’s also a ton of stuff to unlock: run modifiers, power-ups, and some kind of meta-progression system that gives you a better shot on future runs. And once you think you’ve figured it out, there’s an Endless Mode where you just keep pushing your luck, trying to break your high score without breaking yourself.

Oh, and no—it’s not real gambling. Don’t worry. The slot machine’s there to be broken, not to take your paycheck. There’s zero real money involved. Just your in-game sanity. Have fun.

Once The CloverPit is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to CloverPit ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the CloverPit folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
