GAME OVERVIEW

ZOE Begone! is pure chaos in the best way — a hand-drawn bullet hell arcade shooter that mashes up run-and-gun madness with old-school shmup vibes. Every arena loops, enemies come at you non-stop, and it’s all brought to life with that wild 1930s-style animation.

You’ll be shooting, dashing, and pounding through wave after wave of the Animator’s freaky creations.

Zoe just wants some peace and quiet, but nah — the Animator’s messing with her, and the only way to shut it all down is to destroy their tools, blast their cartoon monsters, and grab Apples to cash in for upgrades. The faster you clear stuff, the higher your score climbs, and the closer Zoe gets to finally chilling out again. CULTIC

The game throws a lot at you: three modes, three difficulty levels, power-ups, upgrades, and online leaderboards so you can flex your high scores. Every level has its own art style and enemy designs, all hand-animated, and the soundtrack goes full-on boogie to keep the energy pumping. It’s got gamepad and keyboard support, with twin-stick style controls that feel tight and responsive.

Gameplay is all about momentum. You’re flying around, chaining dashes and pounds through enemies, popping dots for energy, and keeping your multiplier alive for max points. Once The ZOE Begone is downloaded, right-click the .zip file and select “Extract to ZOE Begone ”(You’ll need 7-Zip for this, get it here).
Open the ZOE Begone folder and run the exe application.
Have a blast playing! Remember to run the game as administrator. If you get any missing dll errors, check for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in there.
